Experience pure African bliss at Camp Africa, a tented eco-camp nestled amongst an ancient gum tree forest on Wildschutsbrand farm just outside Scarborough, Cape Town. At the Western Cape’s only accredited Eco Centre, absorb the spirits of wind, fire, water and earth as you get up-close and personal with nature, yet are accessible from the city.

After an evening around the campfire circled with camping chairs, tuck yourself into bed in one of the nine comfortable, eight-sleeper tents, carpeted and furnished with double-bunks. A separate 60-seater tent is great for presentations with a digital projector and large screen; a DVD player and PA system with speakers and microphones promise a great talent show! The huge kitchen tent is equipped with fridge, freezer, cooking and eating utensils, sinks and anything else you may need. There are showers, a bath, flush toilets and basins. Next to the fire pit is a bar area which can be used for serving meals and drinks. The adjacent field is perfect for sports and games.

We can arrange for adventure activities like an adventure course, camp cooking, a climbing wall, organic gardening, paint ball, soccer, volley-ball, a zip-slide and lots more! Whether you’re after an adventurous weekend away, a celebration or a rustic corporate function; this is the venue for you.
